I went swimming and now I can't sleep. Aren't exercising supposed to make you sleep better at night because you've already exerted yourself during day. Why do I feel more awake instead?

Went to the sinseh to fix my ankle and left shoulder. He decided to work on my right leg too in case i overwork it in order to protect my left ankle. Now, my shoulder is damn sore and I hope i'll get to have a good sleep.

Looking forward to Mag's birthday party and then, I'll be off to SBC to watch a great game between Qian Xi and Kembangan. Finally, a game worth watching.

Finally saw the "family" advertisement on TV and I can't help but admit that, it brought tears to my eyes. Yasmine, the lady behind the TVC was fantastic, she brought out the theme of the TVC without actually protraying happy families sharing happy moments. She uses her protagonist to reminiscence about her "bed times" with her recently deceased husband. His snoring was like trying to start a car's engine in the morning but in the later part of his life, serves as an indication that he was still alive for another day. Point taken, treasure what imperfections there are, because those will serve as the perfect memories.

Was watching ANTM last night and I saw Shane's lookalike in the show. I hope she wins though.

I'm losing it... The ability to read, to pick a good book, to write and to speak coherently.

I think this pair of shoes is rather nice. All I'm left with, is a pair of red shorts/pants/bottoms and I can look like a red packet during Chinese New Year.

I'm aching all over because of my sunburn, ankle pains and cramps.

I went for my first ever prawning session yesterday and it was way much fun! We bought a packet of small catfish to be bait and we had to hook the catfish and tear off the tail part before we start. I got kind of squirmy because I had to kill the fish with my bare fingers but I did it because I didn't want to trouble the rest. It got easier after the first kill. My first prawn decided to give me a lasting impression by nicking me with its pincers and I revenged by tearing of its pincers and barbequing it for dinner afterwards. I got nicked twice more and I still have the battle scars left on my hands. We caught around 40 prawns between the 4 of us.

Waiting and anticipating the catch was anxiety.
Baiting and reeling in the catch was patience and excitement.
Unhooking the catch was torment.
Cooking the catch was anticipation.
Eating the catch was bliss.

Went off to watch Confessions of a Shopaholic at 12.25am with us smelling like barbeque pits. Had popcorn, Haagen Daz ice-cream and Zeppel for supper and it's off to dreamland. Forgo tanning in the morning because of the mother but she made it up by going shopping with me.

My days were awesome and I hope it stay that way!!
